Fascinated by the nature vs. nurture debate, he studied every theory and profiling tool he could find that promised the answer, but he knew his solution had to be both practical and transformational. Once Paul came up with the concept of the Instinctive Drives™ profile, he developed and fine-tuned it by studying the people he lived and worked with on a daily basis - asking them, discussing with them why they did what they did until he had a clear understanding of all the drives that make up the I.D. The I.D. System was born and an intense, passionate, life journey began for Paul. All these years later, the I.D. System remains unchanged, but the range of situations, experiences and practical applications for the system continues to grow. Paul is as passionate as ever about product development and is constantly creating new tools, techniques and strategies to ensure others tap into their life purpose and reach their full potential in a happy, productive and meaningful way. Paul is still very involved in the coaching and development of his senior consultants and continues to be personally involved at the most senior level with many of his global clients, particularly Cisco Systems, regularly travelling overseas to facilitate corporate change and assist incredible leaders build extraordinary teams.
