Standalone leadership coaching

No one is more important to the Link-up team than the leader who engages us.  We work side-by-side with leaders, acting as their eyes and ears across their business and quickly becoming their partner and confidante.

As opposed to offering standalone coaching for leaders, however, we work with leaders to help them achieve their goals in the context of building their team.  We look at what leaders need to achieve to ensure growth and development, then help them apply these learnings into the team. 

The services we offer are always completely tailored to the individual needs (and I.D.™) of the leader.

Just profiling

While the I.D. 'profile' (for want of a better term) is at the heart of everything we do at Link-up Consulting, our focus is to help leaders fulfil a particular business need or achieve a specific business objective, rather than provide them with a file full of profiles to interpret. 

Even if the objective is simply to create a better understanding between leaders and team members by way of a profile, we focus on the practical application of what we learn from the I.D. and on transferring that knowledge to the leader and their team.  As such, providing profiles is just one component of the work we do for our clients, rather than an end in itself.

Off-the-shelf training courses

Link-up Consulting does not offer off-the-shelf training courses on topics such as Customer Service, Communications, Leadership.  Every program of work is completely tailored to the needs (and I.D.) of the client.
